The Nexus Tech Campus was designed to foster spontaneous interaction and collaboration among 5,000 employees. Instead of a massive monolithic block, the campus is broken down into a series of interconnected, human-scaled pavilions arranged around a central lake. The entire roof structure is a continuous undulating canopy covered in solar panels, generating enough electricity to power the complex. The interior workspaces prioritize biophilic design, with abundant natural materials, indoor gardens, and operable windows for natural ventilation.
