Project Challenges & Context
Every site presents unique topographies and regulatory environments. For this development, our engineering and architectural teams worked seamlessly to overcome local zoning constraints and demanding environmental conditions. By leveraging advanced structural modeling, we successfully integrated the new form into its historic and geographic context without compromising on modern aesthetic ambitions.
Sustainable Materials & City-Making
Sustainability is core to S.S. Ghodke's city-making philosophy. This project utilizes locally sourced, low-embodied-carbon materials alongside high-performance glazing and passive cooling strategies. These ecological choices not only reduce the lifecycle carbon footprint but also foster healthier interior environments, ensuring the structure positively contributes to both the local community and the planet.
